Aria Moment Imagen provides AI image generation features including text-to-image, image-to-image, template references, history review, and bean balance management. The platform may adjust, suspend, or terminate service features based on business development, legal requirements, third-party service capacity, or safety and compliance needs.

Generation quality, processing time, available specifications, and consumption rules may vary because of model capability, task queues, network conditions, and system configuration. The platform will make reasonable efforts to maintain stable services, but it does not guarantee that every task will produce the expected result in every circumstance.

Users should register and use accounts with truthful, lawful, and valid information, and must properly protect login credentials, verification codes, access tokens, and related devices or environments. Losses caused by poor safekeeping, disclosure, or authorization of account use by the user shall be borne by the user.

If you discover account theft, abnormal login, abnormal consumption, or other security risks, you should stop related operations and contact the platform in a timely manner. The platform may temporarily restrict account features for security and risk control purposes.

Users agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, public order and good customs, platform rules, and applicable industry regulatory requirements when using AI image generation, image-to-image, prompt submission, reference image upload, and related features.

Users are prohibited from using this tool to generate, upload, distribute, download, store, or assist others in creating any illegal or non-compliant images, including but not limited to unlawful political content, violence or terrorism, obscenity or pornography, improper content involving minors, fraud or traffic diversion, gambling or drugs, infringement of reputation or privacy, intellectual property infringement, forged certificates or documents, deceptive deepfakes, discrimination or hatred, graphic abuse, threats to public safety, or any other image content prohibited by laws or regulations.

Users must not bypass platform content safety policies through prompt splitting, review evasion, reference image tampering, batch probing, automated attacks, or similar methods. The platform may conduct necessary automated or manual safety review of inputs, reference images, generated outputs, and task records, and may refuse generation, delete results, restrict features, freeze accounts, or terminate services.

Users are fully responsible for their inputs, uploaded materials, generated results, and subsequent use. If generated content is used for commercial promotion, public release, derivative creation, training data, advertising, or other external scenarios, users must independently confirm that such use does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

Users must ensure that they have lawful rights or necessary authorization for submitted prompts, reference images, materials, and other content. Users may not upload, generate, or use content that infringes copyright, portrait rights, trademark rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights of others.

To provide generation, storage, preview, download, history, and safety review services, users authorize the platform to process submitted content and generated results within the necessary scope. This authorization is limited to what is required to provide services, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, fulfill legal obligations, and improve service experience.

The platform may set bean consumption rules based on task type, image count, specification, model capability, or operational strategy. Users should review estimated consumption, balance, and task status before submitting tasks.

If a task cannot be completed because of non-compliant user input, inaccessible materials, account restrictions, or other user-side reasons, the platform may handle freezing, deduction, or refund based on actual service consumption. Specific rules are subject to page display, backend configuration, and platform announcements.

If a user violates these Terms, laws and regulations, or platform rules, the platform may require correction, refuse generation, delete content, restrict use, freeze beans, suspend accounts, terminate services, preserve evidence, or report to regulatory authorities.

If illegal or non-compliant use of the service causes complaints, claims, penalties, losses, or expenses to the platform, other users, or third parties, the user shall bear corresponding responsibility.

AI-generated content is uncertain. The platform does not guarantee that generated results are fully accurate, true, lawful, fit for a particular purpose, or aligned with the user's subjective expectations. Users should review legality, accuracy, and suitability before using generated results.

For service interruption or data delay caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service exceptions, system maintenance, regulatory requirements, or safety incident handling, the platform will respond within a reasonable scope.

The platform may update these Terms based on laws and regulations, business changes, and compliance requirements. Updated Terms become effective after publication on the website; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
