1. Purchase Cancellation
If you purchase a bean redemption code through a third-party store, you may contact support to request cancellation or refund within 7 days after payment if the code has not been redeemed, has not expired, and has not been transferred. The platform will verify the order status, payment channel rules, and actual settlement status.
Once a redemption code has been redeemed into beans, the digital entitlement is considered delivered to the account. Except where required by law, caused by platform system error, duplicate charge, or expressly allowed by this policy, redeemed beans are generally not refundable as cash.
2. Failed Generation and Bean Return
When a generation task is submitted, the estimated bean cost is temporarily frozen. If the task fails because of upstream service failure, system error, or platform-side fault, frozen beans will be released or returned and will not be treated as consumed.
If a task has successfully produced results, or if the failure is caused by prohibited user input, inaccessible user materials, account restrictions, user-side interruption, or similar user-side reasons, the platform may handle deduction, release, or refund refusal based on actual service consumption and page notices.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request cancellation or refund, contact the platform through the support email published on the website and provide your registered email, order receipt, redemption code, screenshots, and a brief explanation. The platform usually reviews and responds within 3 business days.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment path. Actual arrival time depends on the payment processor, card issuer, or third-party store.
4. Abuse and Exceptions
If malicious refund activity, bulk benefit abuse, redemption code resale, content review evasion, service misuse, or other abnormal behavior is detected, the platform may refuse refunds, restrict account features, freeze related entitlements, and reserve further rights.
This policy may be updated based on business needs, payment channel rules, and compliance requirements. Updated policies become effective after publication on the website.
