Users are prohibited from using this tool to generate, upload, distribute, download, store, or assist others in creating any illegal or non-compliant images, including but not limited to unlawful political content, violence or terrorism, obscenity or pornography, improper content involving minors, fraud or traffic diversion, gambling or drugs, infringement of reputation or privacy, intellectual property infringement, forged certificates or documents, deceptive deepfakes, discrimination or hatred, graphic abuse, threats to public safety, or any other image content prohibited by laws or regulations.

When the system identifies suspected illegal or non-compliant content, review evasion, abnormal batch requests, or other safety risks, we may refuse generation, hide or delete results, restrict account features, preserve necessary evidence, and provide necessary information when required by laws, regulations, or lawful requests from regulatory authorities.

We will process related data only within the scope necessary for content review, risk handling, and legal obligations, and will use measures such as access control, log retention, and least-privilege authorization where practicable to reduce privacy risks.

We retain personal information, task records, and generated results for the period necessary to achieve service purposes. After the necessary period, we will delete, anonymize, or archive information according to laws, business rules, and security requirements.
